Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on the Track Order page using your order details or check your email or WhatsApp for the tracking link.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Reach out to us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit.
Is there a return fee?
A pickup fee of ₹100 is deducted from the store credit.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days. A fee of ₹199 is required to process the exchange, which includes pickup and delivery.
Can I exchange more than once?
No. Each order is eligible for a single exchange only.
When will I receive my store credit?
Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days after the product is picked up and inspected.
Will I get a refund in my bank account?
No. Returns are issued only as store credit.
Product Condition & Eligibility
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Can my return be rejected?
Yes. Returns may be declined if items show signs of use, damage, or are missing tags.
Damaged or Wrong Items
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You need to upload an unboxing video along with your request. Our team will assist you without any additional charges.
Is an unboxing video mandatory?
Yes. Without proof, we may not be able to process the request.
Sale & Pricing
Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Items purchased during clearance or exclusive sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
Will I get a price adjustment if prices change later?
No. Prices are final at the time of purchase.
Pickup & Logistics
How many pickup attempts are made?
Only three pickup attempt is scheduled.
What if pickup is not available in my area?
You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
How long does pickup take?
Pickup is usually attempted within 2–3 business days.
Return & Exchange Process
Do I need to record a video during return or exchange?
Yes, a proper handover video is mandatory.
What should the video include?
The video must clearly show the product, the handover or packaging process, and the delivery person’s face in one continuous recording.
Can I return the product with the original box?
No. Only the product should be handed over.
Payments
Is PCOD refundable?
Partial payments made on COD orders are non-refundable.
Store Credit
How does store credit work?
Store credit is issued after approval and can be used for future purchases across the store.
