Refund policy
EASY 7-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges must be requested from your Hymns Wear user account within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are issued as store credit. A pickup will be arranged and ₹100 will be deducted from the store credit to cover pickup.
- Store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days after product pickup.
- Exchanges must be requested and paid for on the exchange request page: https://hymns.in/apps/quickreturns . A fee of ₹199 must be paid on that page to process the exchange; this fee covers pickup of the original item and delivery of the exchanged item.
- Exchanges can only be made once and cannot be repeated. One-time exchange only.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made from your user account within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item, upload video of unboxing and order details through your user account or email hey@hymnswear.in or through Whatsapp. Our Customer Experience team will assist and we will not charge the standard return fee when the issue is our fault.
- We will need your unboxing video to process this. If you did not make one, under any circumstance, and cannot provide proof, we reserve the right to cancel your request.
Sale & Clearance Items
- Items purchased during clearance or exclusive sale events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when you receive the wrong or a defective product.
- Hymns Wear reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue sale prices at any time. Price adjustments will not be made after purchase.
Single-Exchange Rule
- A product may be exchanged only once.
Pickup, Return Shipment & Reverse Pickup Availability
- We will attempt pickup once. If the pickup attempt fails due to logistic constraints or your area is not serviceable, you must return the product to our address. Return shipping costs in that case must be borne by the customer, as per Indian consumer law.
- Reverse pickup service availability depends on your PIN code.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Returns: https://hymns.in/apps/quickreturns. A pickup will be arranged; upon receipt and inspection of the item, store credit will be issued after deducting ₹100 for pickup.
- Exchanges: Go to https://hymns.in/apps/quickreturns , complete the exchange request form from your account, and make the payment of ₹199 on the exchange request page to process the exchange. The ₹199 covers pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.
- Upload photos and details for defective or incorrect items when submitting the request.
Refunds / Store Credit
- Returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit amount = product price minus ₹100 pickup deduction. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was wrong/damaged.
- For exchanges, customers must pay ₹199 on the exchange request page; no store credit is issued for exchanges.
- PPCOD (Partial Paid on COD) will be refunded as store credit only.
Product Condition & Inspection
- Returned/exchanged products must be in the same condition as received. We inspect items on receipt and may refuse or partially approve return/store credit if items do not meet the policy.
Legal Compliance
- This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). It respects the consumer’s right to information and fair trade practices.
